Our mission is to provide consulting support and technical assistance to American and New Zealand clients attempting to gain access to Czech, Chinese, German and Romanian markets, and to clients of those countries interested in developing business in the USA and New Zealand.

   History:
Eon International business development consulting group, formerly BML International, was established in 1993 as a Czech - New Zealand business development consulting group. Since then we have helped professional, manufacturing, and consulting enterprises from the USA, New Zealand, Czech Republic, China, Germany and Romania to develop their overseas business and/or to find associates.

   About our company:
Eon Inc. provides professional services in the United States, New Zealand, Czech Republic, China, Germany and Romania through its subsidiaries and associates located in those areas. Our employees and associates are bilingual business owners, managers, and/or registered professionals in the Czech Republic, China, Germany or Romania, and either the USA or New Zealand. Why these countries? Our business development consulting activities are focused on these areas where, as a result of our professional activity, we have the most up-to-date and hands-on expertise you may demand. Thus your association with Eon will get you cost-effective and practical solutions to your international business development. Your company, however small or large, will be treated with uncommon flexibility and attention.

Whether you are starting a new company, setting up a branch office, considering a joint venture, or just looking for new markets, we can help you.

Networking and planning. We can provide you with the necessary information and costs for your business plan without you ever leaving the comfort of your office. Later, when you are ready for your trip, we can help you with your itinerary, set up a meeting schedule with prospective partners or clients, or provide you with a "native guide" - an experienced, local (bilingual) professional or business manager -- who will introduce you to the "club".

The local cost advantage. With us, you will not need to pay $200.00 a night where locals pay only $ 50.00, your legal services will not be prohibitive to further development, and your environmental concerns and responsibilities will be taken care of by a reputable company interested in a positive outcome for your international endeavor.

Consulting. Our consulting services include:

  • advising on various aspects of starting a business, such as the type of intended legal entity;
  • consulting on legal, employment, banking and accounting matters (e.g., the Commercial Code, the Trades Licensing Act, Taxation, Conditions of Employment);
  • updating you on the current political and economical situation and future development potential.
  • Host country arrangements. You can select a new office location and open the office through Eon. You can also contact potential partners and clients with the help of our database and local contacts. Eon can help with export capital, local network development, translating and interpretation, export/import arrangements and inland transportation from the port of entry to the final destination.

Price and contracting policy:
The contract for any Eon service (including services arranged by Eon) will be in your native or preferred language.

Contracting is kept simple, usually through a purchase requisition or letter contract exchanged via E-mail, fax, delivery service or regular mail. Negotiation and subsequent communication is in the language of your choice.

We stand behind our agreements. You are guaranteed that Eon will deliver the full scope of contracted work at or below the agreed-upon price. This is true even when currency fluctuations disadvantage Eon.

Payments can be made in your local currency or via credit card, based on your preferences.
